Customers may cancel their order any time before the item has been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team immediately at help@sliqueapparels.com with your order details. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 1 to 3 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), a refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as undergarments or accessories may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
